Although the Young Marble Giants, a trio formed in Cardiff, Wales in 1979, are forever emblazoned on the mind and hearts of every post-punk rocker since their classic debut “Colossal Youth” was released on Rough Trade in 1980, they sadly were only around long enough to record that one seminal album. This full length live LP is therefore, a welcome event for all YMG fans around the globe. Recorded at NYC s Hurrah Club during their one legendary U.S. Tour in 1980, it captures that moment in time when the YMG ruled the independent charts. Their only full-length live recording is now available for the first time ever on vinyl.
