Led by Mike Patton and with Downtown New York legend John Zorn as producer, Mr. Bungle is a twisted and schizophrenic ride through genres from metal to klezmer, all punctuated by Patton s brutal, filthy, and often hilarious lyrics. Faith No More may have seen greater success but there s no doubt that Mr. Bungle was the better representation of Mike Patton s artistic vision. Brutal and brilliant.
