Texas born Billy Preston was a musician already by the age of 1o, when he played keyboards for Mahalia Jackson. His strong talent and versatility made him a terrific keyboardist in all possible musical genres and varieties of the instrument. This compilation takes its title from his years as a session man, when he also performed on the Beatles
Let It Be, but includes much more than his famous cover version of the title track.
