One of the most influential and innovative pioneers in contemporary British jazz, pianist Keith Tippett first gained widespread attention in the late sixties - early seventies for his piano / keyboard playing on the recordings of King Crimson, Soft Machine, Elton Dean and Peter Sinfield.
